Obama previously commented that the Constellation Program was a step backward technologically. In as much as the craft has the appearance of an updated Apollo command module, yes, but the whole point in going back to the moon is to test and perfect habitat technologies.

Or perhaps the point the judge was trying to make was about rules and not body parts. Telling a judge you make the rules is a definite step backward for your case or the case of the person you are with. At any rate, the final score? Moron: 0; Darwin: 1.
